Verified Riders

Every rider on DZpatch completes identity verification, document checks, and a background review before they can accept orders. You always know who is handling your package.

Real-Time Tracking

From pickup to dropoff, you can track your rider's location live on the map. Share the tracking link with your recipient so everyone stays informed.

Delivery Codes

Each order gets a unique delivery code. The rider can only complete the delivery when the correct code is provided, ensuring your package reaches the right person.

Proof of Delivery

Riders capture proof of delivery (photo of delivered package, recipient confirmation) so there is a clear record for every completed order.

SOS Support

If something goes wrong during an active delivery, you can trigger an SOS alert. The operations team is notified immediately and can take action, including contacting emergency services if needed.

Dispute Resolution

If an order is delivered to the wrong address, items are missing or damaged, or you experience any issue with rider conduct, you can open a dispute from the order page. Our support team investigates every report.
