Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or placing an order through Dzpatch, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. The Service

Dzpatch is an on-demand delivery platform that connects customers with independent riders for same-day package delivery within Nigeria. Dzpatch facilitates the connection but does not directly employ riders.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date.

4. Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you agree to pay the quoted price. Wallet payments are debited immediately at order confirmation. Cash payments are due on delivery. Prices include VAT where applicable.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel a pending order without charge before a rider is assigned. Cancellations after rider assignment may incur a fee. Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed to your wallet within 24 hours.

6. Prohibited Items

You may not send illegal items, hazardous materials, explosives, perishables without prior arrangement, live animals, or items that violate Nigerian law. Dzpatch reserves the right to refuse delivery of any package.

7. Liability

Dzpatch's liability for lost or damaged items is limited to the declared value of the package up to a maximum of ₦50,000 per order. We are not liable for consequential or indirect losses.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Dzpatch after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
