Request account and associated data deletion
In-App Deletion
If you can sign in to Dzpatch, open Profile, go to Security, then choose Delete Account. This starts the in-app account deletion flow.
Web Deletion Request
If you no longer have access to the app, submit a deletion request through Dzpatch support. Include the phone number or email address linked to your account so we can verify ownership.

We will delete or anonymize personal account data that is no longer needed to provide the service. Some records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, safety investigations, legal compliance, financial reporting, unresolved disputes, or completed delivery history.
Processing Time
Dzpatch reviews deletion requests as quickly as reasonably possible. We may contact you for verification or for extra information needed to complete the request.
